Great stuff

I've been meaning to give you a review ages ago when you posted a notice on the forum, but life's been plentiful busy.

'kay, get down to business.

Font: I dunno whether you use anything worser than an 800*600, but it's frighteningly big.

Humour: Not bad at all. Give you 8/10 for that?

Map: Due to your clear screen thing, you can't go anywhere by just clicking on the map. Fine if that's your intention tho.

And while we're on the subject of , there's no way you can refer back to the name of the street you need to drive to (one with the body). My memory failed me, and I had to use the walkthrough. Put it in the hint next time, won't you?

Lots of Potential

There's a lot of potential in this game, but it still needs quite a bit of work. I found it quite annoying that I could not look at anything, and had to type examine, or x. That's not that big of a deal, but it can be tedious if you type look and then realize it won't work. I did find a few bugs. I couldn't go back in the office in the bar which caused me to restart the entire game. I had trouble with the parser too, it sometimes was over complicated. I never would've have put "say to Barry Hello" without the help of the walkthrough. The hints help a little bit but even if you know what to do, you still don't know what to type. The game was difficult to play with these errors, but if they were fixed up, this would be a good game with a lengthy game with a solid storyline.

Good, but hard to play

The story is good and the writing great, but I found it hard to play due to the guess the verb syndrome it suffers from. As problems in games go, this is one of the worst. It made it very frustrating and a chore to play. Make it more user friendly, and you're on to a winner!
