A non-traditional piece intended as a metaphorical, locality-based

I immediately liked this game because it had a strange spooky atmosphere and was
well written. I was looking forward to exploring a variety of locations but as
it turns out there is only actually two. There's also very little to do here and
I wasted a fair amount of time trying to find ways to interact with the game.
Eventually I gave up and opened it in the editor to see what I was missing and
it turns out pretty much nothing. I was disappointed to find so little scope for
interaction in this interesting looking piece of interactive fiction. I'll
definitely be looking for other pieces by the same author though in the hope
that they will contain a bit more to do.
